4th generation cable gland offers excellent protection in cable management, and is EMC compliant. With a low-resistance screen contact, the gland ensures optimum protection against electromagnetic interference signals. The EMC contact is highly flexible and able to accommodate a variety of cable screen diameters.

As well as its EMC protection, the 4th Generation cable gland also has a robust brass construction, and provides a high degree of strain relief, which can help prevent wear and tear on cable connections. They can be used with unthreaded bore-holes in panels, junction boxes and machinery housing for an effective and low maintenance cable management solution.

With a simple screw on design, the gland is easy-to-fit, and can reduce assembly times. Their lock nut ensures they remain well fitted to painted, powder-coated or anodised surfaces.
